Firstly, it is very safe and quiet place around the apartments, which is close to the Frick Park where you can play sports at night time or weekend. The apartment is close to the bus stops. It is a very good choice for students from University of Pittsburgh or CMU.
Secondly, it is very convenient for shopping and dining since it is close to the Murray Ave where there are Giant Eagle and a lot of restaurants.
Finally, the manager is very nice and helpful.
I believed that it is a very good place to live there. If I had a chance, I would still choose the place to live.

I have rented apartments in the San Francisco bay area, San Diego, Washington, D.C., and Pittsburgh, but the best apartment I have had thus far was the 3rd of 5702. I lived there for a year while I was a graduate student at CMU and was truly sorry to leave, when work took me elsewhere. The apartment is in one of the quietest and safest neighborhoods in Pittsburgh, and is one block away from the JCC, a grocery store, RiteAid, several small and delicious eateries, and is right next to (about one block) from a bus stop where you can catch one of four buses to downtown Pittsburgh via Oakland (right past the CMU and Pitt campuses). The apartment has a very spacious living room (about 20 ft x 10 ft) with an excellent skylight, a nice large bedroom (about 12 ft x 12 ft), and a full bathroom. There is plenty of street parking and laundry machines located in the basement. Aaron or the building manager always responded immediately if I needed something or if there was an issue. I would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well priced one bedroom apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood!

I moved into 5700 Darlington Road from Chicago, IL. The management could not have been more helpful then or during my 2 year stay. It is a fabulous location, near lots of places to shop and eat, across from the JCC swimming pool and walking distance to CMU. I would recommend these properties to anyone.
