I lived in the 3rd floor apartment on Darlington Rd. for 3 years while I was in grad school at CMU and absolutely loved it. I would probably still be there if I hadn’t needed to relocate for work. The sky light in the main room gives you great light, there are laundry facilities in the basement and you are within walking distance of shops, bookstores, a library, grocery, restaurants, etc. Most importantly, the owners were very attentive and responsible landlords. If anything went wrong in the apartment, it was immediately addressed. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment (5704 Darlington) is an ideal location: walking distance to gym, laundry, restaurants, library, grocery, banks, and public transit (easy to Oakland and Downtown). There’s even a PFA farm stand pickup location literally across the street if you want direct-from-the-farm produce. It’s a safe neighborhood, low crime, lots of families. The second floor apartment is spacious, has beautiful hardwood floors, and old world appeal. Aaron has ensured landscaping and snow removal are regularly maintained year round without question. Be aware that street parking during the week can be stressful at times with the school and the JCC near by; but the issue always clears up on the weekends. Any maintenance issues within the house were attended promptly by Aaron and/or the appropriate serviceman. It’s a great apartment, and we loved living there!

Aaron was always very timely and responsive to questions or concerns, and made us feel right at home. The expansive porch (5700 Darlington) is even better than it looks in the pictures – a great place to dine or relax.
