I genuinely enjoyed staying at Squirrel Hill Flats apartment. The place was clean and well maintained, nice neighbors and most importantly – one of the best landlords I had in this city. Aaron was easy to reach out to, friendly, professional, and very quick with any requests or repairs. Had a minor problem with a balcony sliding door and got the whole thing replaced with a brand new one! Highly recommend this landlord to anyone out there.

My wife and I moved to Pittsburgh in August of 2016. I found Aaron by happenstance online. My first impression of Aaron was a likeable, personal guy. He knew tenants by name and treated them with much respect. We decided to go forward and rent the apartment. We rented for two years with Aaron. When issues came up, Aaron immediately took care of it. Our dishwasher stopped working one evening and when I came home from school the next day, it was fixed. I was amazed how fast issues were taken care of. Aaron was always available and if he didn’t answer, he got back to me in a short time. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron. He was the best landlord I’ve had. If you choose to have Aaron as your landlord I anticipate you will come to a similar conclusion as I. Overall, a very positive experience.

My time at Squirrel Hill Flats was very enjoyable.
My time at Squirrel Hill Flats was very enjoyable. The apartment was well maintained and had a lot of good natural light. Aaron is an excellent landlord and was quick to respond and aid if I had a question or issue. The apartments are located in a great area with a lot to do and located conveniently close to other cool areas in Pittsburgh. I would highly recommend living in Squirrel Hill Flats.
