I had a short time to find an apartment in Pittsburgh, and Aaron was very accommodating, making sure that I found a place that fit my criteria. My wife and I moved to Pittsburgh in August of 2016. I found Aaron by happenstance online. My first impression of Aaron was a likeable, personal guy. He knew tenants by name and treated them with much respect. We decided to go forward and rent the apartment. We rented for two years with Aaron. When issues came up, Aaron immediately took care of it. Our dishwasher stopped working one evening and when I came home from school the next day, it was fixed. I was amazed how fast issues were taken care of. Aaron was always available and if he didn’t answer, he got back to me in a short time. I have nothing but good things to say about Aaron. He was the best landlord I’ve had. If you choose to have Aaron as your landlord I anticipate you will come to a similar conclusion as I. Overall, a very positive experience.

I live in an apartment in Squirrel Hill and have renewed my yearly lease twice now. He knows everyone by name and sends out e-mails reminding tenants of steps they can take to avoid frozen pipes whenever the weather gets cold enough to be of concern. The common areas are kept clean, walkways are cleared and salted after every time it snows, and the lawns are maintained in the summer. Whenever there is an issue in the building, it is dealt with swiftly and efficiently. For example, the front doorknob was not opening properly once and it was fixed the same day, almost immediately. I’ve also seen Aaron take pro-active measures to ensure tenant safety, like putting in a new main water line to our building to replace any old lead pipe. All in all, nice apartments with a great landlord.
