I would highly recommend the apartments at 5710 & 5712 Phillips Avenue for someone looking for the activity of a city and the quietness of a suburb neighborhood.
For someone who moved to Pittsburgh, 5710 & 5712 Phillips Avenue is the perfect place. The buildings sit just on the outskirts of downtown giving a nice, quiet neighborhood feel. With public transportation, grocery stores, shopping all along Murray and Forbes Avenue, the two buildings are conveniently located in between South Side, the Waterfront, and Shadyside. All easy to access for a good meal or night out with friends. Also being walking distance between two well-maintained and pulsing parks (Schenley and Frick) makes it easy to get outside to meet the neighbors. I would highly recommend the apartments at 5710 & 5712 Phillips Avenue for someone looking for the activity of a city and the quietness of a suburb neighborhood.

When I first saw the apartment, I liked it immediately. It was filled with sunlight and a feeling of openness…location at the heart of Squirrel Hill… the neighbors were extremely kind and friendly graduate students.
Aaron was my landlord for the two years I lived on Darlington Road. When I first saw the apartment, I liked it immediately. It was filled with sunlight and a feeling of openness. A second reason for renting the apartment was its location at the heart of Squirrel Hill. An additional plus and strong factor in deciding to renew the lease was Aaron’s responsiveness. When I first moved in, I discovered that the stove did not function correctly. Aaron immediately arranged for a replacement stove to be delivered. He also provided me with a new air conditioner. In winter, the front steps and driveway were always cleared of snow and salted. Another plus was the neighbors —-extremely kind and friendly graduate students.

I lived at 6350 Forward for 14 months when I first moved to Pittsburgh. The apartment had just been refurbished, everything was new, and is located in a nice neighborhood.
I lived at 6350 Forward for 14 months when I first moved to Pittsburgh. The apartment was just been refurbished, everything was new, and is located in a nice neighborhood. The owner, Aaron, is very friendly and very quick to respond to any problems that came up. Renting from Aaron was a pleasure and made the apartment experience much better than it could have been.
